When you contact us or submit your information on this page, we collect your name, the mobile phone number and/or email address you choose to provide, and the content of your messages, so we can respond to your inquiry and assist you. You choose which contact details to give us, and you may provide an email address instead of a mobile number.
We send text messages only to people who have expressly opted in. You opt in by ticking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. We can only send you texts if you also give us a mobile number, so if you opt in without one we record your consent but send nothing until you provide a number. That checkbox is entirely voluntary: the form can be submitted with it left unticked, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, of using our services, of creating an account, or of completing any transaction. If you do not tick it, we will not text you. If you do opt in, messages relate to your inquiry, bay reservations, event planning, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or messaging consent to anyone.
We use CRM, telephony, and messaging providers to deliver this messaging on our behalf. They act only on our instructions, receive only what is needed to deliver the service, and are never permitted to use your mobile information, opt-in data, or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes, or to share or sell it. This is not a sharing of your information with third parties for marketing.
We retain your information only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and meet our legal obligations. You may opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, or contact us to request deletion.
